YUAN High-Tech today unveiled its next-generation Smart City AI Platform for real-time traffic and safety intelligence at COMPUTEX 2026. Smart City AI Platform uses NVIDIA Cosmos 3— the first open OmniModel with native vision reasoning and world understanding — as the foundation for city-scale Vision AI development and intelligent urban analytics. Combined with NVIDIA Jetson Edge computing platforms and high-performance video streaming technologies, the platform delivers real-time scene understanding, event reasoning, multi-camera video analytics, and simulation capabilities for smart city applications.
The Smart City AI Platform supports a wide range of applications, including:

Unlike earlier multi-stage approaches that separate perception and generation, NVIDIA Cosmos 3 integrates vision reasoning and scene generation into a unified single model, delivering lower latency, stronger contextual understanding, and more physically accurate outputs for real-world smart city AI deployment.
In addition, YUAN validates its Cosmos 3-powered Vision AI against two complementary test sources — real-world video footage and virtual scenes rendered in NVIDIA Omniverse. Evaluating the platform across both real and Omniverse-rendered visuals lets YUAN verify system behavior on rare and long-tail events that are difficult or costly to capture in the field, reducing deployment risk before real-world rollout.
